Q: I've been making a switch from Thinkific to UTeach and I understand it's a new product and needs time to refine.

There have been a few things come up but there's one big one - Video playback for videos hosted on Uteach. They don't play. The first students I signed to to my course on Uteach complained because they are unable to watch the lessons.

I've contacted support and I was told "Uteach hosts the videos on AWS servers in the US and on the Uteach side everything is running fine. The videos are most likely not playing because I'm outside of the US and I should use another player with a CDN like YouTube and Vimeo."

I live and work remote and my audience is all over the globe. My question is, will Uteach do something about their videos not playing outside of the US? Maybe improve your servers and get CDNs, or will your videos just not work for anyone outside of the US.

Even now as I am writing this, a video has been stuck on the load the entire time. I have fast wifi with 200 mbs and wifi6

A: Hi there.

We have tested videos in a lot of different countries and mostly everywhere they work fine.

We know that CDN is better than S3 and it's in our roadmap. But we can't implement that within 2-3 days.

Have a great day.
