Very promising service
As it stands, it is a bit on the rough side, and the LMS services that have already appeared might be better, but I was attracted by the very generous offer.
Kajabi is great but too expensive, and Heights is equally great but has a tricky user counting system.
I'm thinking of a funnel of first getting people to sign up for free, then gradually getting them to understand the content and sign up for a paid monthly service, so it would take more than 10,000 free users to get 100 paid members.
Once the various features that are said to be completed in the next few months are implemented, I think it will be truly amazing and evolve into an LMS like no other.
One thing that I think is very good in its current state is the ability to edit most parts of the email text, landing pages, etc.
It costs a few dollars to collect one lead nowadays, and it is a big loss if a small point causes a person not to sign up or to unsubscribe. A small change in button color or text can change the conversion rate by as much as 10%, and if you can't do that, it's a big loss. If we can fix even the smallest point, it will help us expand our business.
However, website builders that seem easy to use, but are very difficult to use. Although each part can be configured in great detail, there are effectively only two templates, and the pre-built elements are the bare minimum required. It would be nice to be able to edit the source code as a first aid measure, but I feel that it would be better to adopt something completely different.
The speed of the support replies and the heat of the response shows the potential for evolution. Internet trends are very fast, and what is considered a good way of doing things now will soon become obsolete.
If I were to request a future feature, I would like to see an AI-based description support function like GPT-3 and a recommendation system on the user side.
This is a feature that has been around for a long time in social networking services, but it is rarely included in SAAS services.
I hope that you will keep adapting to new ways of doing things and surpass other services such as Kajabi and Heights!
