This is a sneaky little quick tool. It does not have some big fancy name but if you need to get a class up Fast Quick and in a Hurry. I have seen a few dozen Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools come through AppSumo over the last 1.5 years as the pandemic has caused an increase in distance learning. Some have shown up partially finished and only selling the hope of a roadmap to entice would-be LTD'ers to invest their money in tiers that would later turn into tears. Utobo was a breath of fresh air as the name threw me off and I almost passed up on it because of another LMS that offered me everything unlimited but it was missing a few essential pieces for an LMS. This was the fastest LMS builder I have seen to date. I have tried nearly all of them and I was able to build an entire class in record time. I have used nearly all of the big boy tools from Kajabi to Teachable and if you want to get a class up and running in less than 24 hours Utobo is your tool.

What I did like about it is you have a live feature that you can build a course from. Sure, it's zoom but who doesn't or haven't used zoom. They probably had a choice to make a live portion a part of their program and felt Zoom was the most widely used and started there. They probably wanted and needed to get a payment gateway added and went with the most widely used which is Stripe. While neither of these two add-ons will be favorites of Sumolings initially they at least have them. Some LTD's have come to AS and not even have these two as a minimum. What I love most about the software is you have the option of presenting via video, pdf, audio, powerpoint , or live via Zoom or BlueJeans. Honestly, I do not think any other LMS gives you every single option that I just mentioned. I also like the fact that you can invite other instructors to teach in one of your academies. I purchased Tier 2 which gave me access to 10 instructors. That's not the best part. The best part about that is it also gave me access to 10 Zoom account integrations as well. Some tools leave you stuck and never take into account that if 10 instructors wanted to teach live they would need to use their own zoom account. This really is a better tool than most and should be strongly considered as an LMS system because you can deploy it in a very fast manner.
