Q: Hello there, its utobo supports multi-currency and/or also VAT based on location.
Because if I am located in the EU and somebody from Cyprus buys my training I will have to add 19% tax, if the person, however, is from Bulgaria its 20% and if the person is from the US its 0%.

It is an interesting question. Thanks for raising it. We don't have country-based tax calculations at the moment. We recommend using the tax system offered by your payment gateway providers, Stripe or PayPal.
