Q: Oh, just now I read a question from other posted that we are getting 5TB space for 3 tier for lifetime, we cannot delete old classes or data?

we cannot regain that space after deleting courses or classes? I don't understand this, once we used space that will gone forever? please clarify this.

A: Hi, ishainfo

Yes, it is right; You can't free up storage even after deleting your content.

We are glad that you decided to upgrade your plan to Tier 3. This plan's allotted space is 5TB, which is more than enough to run 100 courses.

You can always purchase more space with any plan when needed (It's $0.20 per GB per month for extra storage).

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, feel free to email us at support@utobo.com, and we'll be happy to answer your questions.

Thanks!

Hi
The inability to delete content seems very strange.
It also could be breaching several laws eg. intellectual property, notwithstanding that the course may be removed from availability.
But if intellectual proprietary and ownership remains with the creator, they should be able to remove it if they want to do so.
I find this very disturbing.

Dear mlbaxt,

You can 100% delete your content, but it will be available till the students have their subscriptions active. It is a standard process. You can also delete your account from the account setting section, which will wipe out all of your data. If you are facing any challenges, simply send an email to support@utobo.com, and they will help you out with it.

Thanks!

The above answer is describing the space limitation. You will always have an option to delete your content provided your students' subscriptions aren't active.
