However, none of the videos demonstrate this, so I'm looking for clarification. Can you use Utobo to sell digital products like ebooks and downloadable templates? And if so, what are the limits for each tier?

Thanks for asking the question.
You can sell ebooks in pdf format to your learners. After purchasing the ebooks, learners can access them from their Dashboard. We don't have the feature to download the material or templates.
In the Tier1 plan, you can create 25 courses. You can upload unlimited content to that course up to the 500GB data storage limit. If you choose the Tier3 plan, you can create 500 courses and use 5TB of storage.
