Q: 3 problems
Is anyone else having these problems. Anything beyond 30-60 seconds gets stuck at 50%, this was 4 hours ago for a 120 -160. The same with longer videos, I tried a 5 min video and gave up. Also I cannot find a way to adjust the speech volume which is very low, and if I have music, this is too loud and the speech is drowned out, and the volume level does not work. I purchased because of the promise to include Runway, but sadly I won’t use it as it costs more. I will stick with it a while longer, but really am considering a refund…Sorry

daveanthony65How can I share if the video is stuck for 6 hours at 50%, also I said that the volume slider for the music does not work. Even at 0% it is still loud and is the same level at maximum. I cannot find the volume for the speech which is not very high. Please try and create a 5 min video your end and get the music slider switch to work, if you can do that, then the problem must be my end

We also tested music slider and it seems to work normally, can you share link for video with issue to support
We have also increased the default volume of voiceover which should prevent the issue you are facing with music overpowering voiceover
