Q: Exisiting Account just purchased a Tier 4 license - not activated?

Hello, i have an existing account and just purchased a Tier 4 license. When I follow the steps to activate my license with my existing account, nothing happens and the license details are not found in my Vadoo Account. Please help!

I don't have any license key details...all i have is the emailed receipt from Appsumo stating my purchase has gone through. Please advise
