Q: How do I remove the watermark?

When I purchased the product, it says no watermark. However videos have watermark and no way to remove it. Also, I cannot upload images - it says need more credits. So, basically, cannot customize anything so far

I mean what is the purpose of your SAAS if we cannot even produce one video without having to purchase other things here and there. Because of the non ability to produce videos, I will refund.
