samuelservicesQ: How to upgrade to Tier 3 when in Tier 2 at Vadoo but not at Appsumo?
I am on Tier 2 at Vadoo tv because we could buy an upgrade from our dashboard at Vadoo tv. The result: on Tier 2 but at Appsumo at Tier1. How to upgrade to Tier 3 now? And: Vadoo is not working for me since Friday and did send support requests to the formal support email from Vadoo but no response. Is this ticket system still functioning? This is the request: Today it is not possible to create a video. After "Generating video,
you may close the page..." nothing happens and finally rendering
fails.When I click on the failed video I see

the website to continue using the API."}}"
Hope this will be solved soon.

Jan 27, 2026A: Yes you can upgrade from the dashboard directly. Our support team might be slow over the weekend, but you can join our discord for quicker support. Based on the error message, it seems your elevenlabs api key is not working as they are restricting usage of it(happens on their free plan). So you can just use the standard voices which come with Vadoo AI and this should prevent the issue or use a paid plan with eleven labs.
I managed to create video's again after disabling ElevenLabs although I am missing Dutch voices at the moment and I am stuck with Laura. But more of a problem: I am not able to upgrade to Tier3 from within ai.vadoo.tv/ subscription tab. The buttons just do not work. After any click, nothing happens. Same in Chrome as in Edge. Tried with disabling Addblockers etc. How to upgrade?
