Hi, I’m trying to understand the credit system. I bought a $20 credit package and want to know if my access changes with the LTD deals. When I created a video using my script, it estimated 50 credits. Am I being charged for creating the image, video, and script? I made five videos last night, each around 45 seconds, starting with 1200 credits and now have about 700 left. If each video costs 50 credits, where did the rest go? I used the first option for visuals and the voice named Brian. I want clarity before purchasing the LTD deal, as I'm planning to make a video about this software. I'm a YouTuber and appreciate your quick response!

Nov 26, 2024A: Please check the duration you selected for the videos you are creating. The credits are charged based on the video duration and can be seen below. You can also check the credits consumed for each video at https://ai.vadoo.tv/activity
30-60 seconds -> 50 credits
60-90 seconds -> 75 credits
90-120 seconds -> 100 credits
120-180 seconds -> 150 credits
5 minutes -> 250 credits
10 minutes -> 500 credits
Every video was 60s or under can you please check my account I can send you a message if you let me know how please and thank you! And also you never stated whether the voices are more on paid credits or monthly like the LTD deal. Please clarify this.
We provide few standard voices by default which can be used for content generation. To bring more voices of your choice you can connect your elevenlabs api key and bring any custom voice.
