I did email support. Your solution was to try again. Nothing has changed. Support didn't "look into anything"-- they asked me to continue to do what clearly wasn't working. I have 6000 credits and your app does nothing.
Occasionally a video generation might fail, we have hundreds of videos generated by users on a regular basis. If a video is stuck in queue for more than an hour it means the generation has failed for some reason. If you still face an issue with the generation even after retrying do share the details over email or discord and our team will be able to help you
