Very difficult to navigate, useless customer service
I've been trying to reach out for help on setting up muapi keys because it's been MONTHS and I can't generate videos properly. Reached out via their "live" chat, messages etc. Nothing. Whenever I try to generate a video, story etc, it always requires me to setup keys. I wish they could make it easier for newbies like myself.

Vadoo.ai is trying to be more user-friendly. I am going to give them a chance with PATIENCE :)
I am a patient person, so I am giving the CEO a chance, because I understand software modification can be a challenge. This is not a cheap platform. Money today is hard earned. I think as mentioned below; onboarding is critical. The help center can be a little more detailed about it's capability for each app within the Vadoo ecosystem. This will help me know which ones I can use. I really want this to work, so I am rooting for the staff to make Vadoo a top-tier five star experience. You got this!!
