I really wanted to like this product, but it is leaving me behind with a heavy frustration and refunding it. Sometimes it just creats text I never entered. It just pushed 2 videos into queue even I wasn't ready to publish. Correcting text? A gamble. Editing after you find it created a very wrong and strange pronunciation? Nearly impossible. From 500 credits I am down to 350 alraedy and was not even able to really test it. No undo button to restore the words it deleted and then it suddenly moved text from the next row into this current one. A real pain. The subtitle texts looked good and promising, but there are other programs that don't turn me against them after just 1 hour....worth a refund.
