Good product, but shockingly bad support.
Vadoo offers a good product. That is, until you run into an issue where you need support.
They have a chat support feature; however, getting a response within 24 hours is rare.
Edit: After receiving the reply below from Vadoo, I felt compelled to respond. First, I do not know how you missed a support ticket in your own support chat. That aside, it took you 3 days to find my support issue in your support chat before you responded. After I replied to your response, another 3 days have passed, with no response from Vadoo. I guess they must have missed my reply in addition to my original support issue.
Edit (two weeks later): I will be asking for a refund. The service is good when it works, but it often has issues and the support is atrocious. I went to their Discord and complained that there is hardly ever a response from the chat support in the back office.
They told me I should send an email to their support email, as apparently they can miss some chat messages. Switching to the support email is just as bad, and I constantly have to make remarks on their Discord page if I wish to get a response in under three days.
If the software/service worked all the time, it really would be a great product. Unfortunately, I can't run my business if I have to beg every time there is a hiccup in order to get a reply in under 3 days. More often than not, the reply is not helpful and the waiting game starts again.
I would rather pay a monthly subscription with a reputable company than make use of Vadoo the way it is run. I cannot stress enough how incredibly bad their support is. If it were possible, I would give them less than one taco.
