They make a "generous" offer for Sumolings at a rate of $29 USD per month. I have long suspected that either there is no lawyer at AppSumo, or the one they have is incompetent at their job. There are many honest developers here, but occasionally outright scammers appear—those who are only interested in collecting money—or people with low social standards. And AppSumo seems unable to do anything about them, unable to resolve simple issues that should have been clearly addressed with the other party. I never pay scammers, and I strongly advise you, dear Sumolings, to do the same.
Exclusive for vaizle: If you managed to deceive someone, it doesn't mean that they're stupid — it means they trusted you more than you deserved.

They said we will have access to all future updates. They just released a new version of the system, V3, and they completely excluded us! I believe AppSumo should intervene in this situation and ensure they deliver on what was promised. Why do they offer all future updates if they don't deliver?

Vaizle released a new version but sumolings are stuck with an outdated version of the platform.
For us to get the current version of the product, Vaizle is asking to pay a subscription.
What a scam. I paid for all updates included!

I contacted Appsumo support but they wouldn't bother to look into it.
Asked for a refund and said 60 days passed. Guys put your act together...

Vaizle shows you how to not run software. It's slow, meaning it needs an eternity to scrape data and then comes up with results that are a) random and b) absolute useless. It says the best time to post is 6-9 pm in the overview, going into detail it then says i should post at 2 pm. Also when it comes to hashtags it just splurges out a random number. It gives me the advice to use between 35-55 hashtags on instagram - that number is not even possible. Also it doesn't tells me which ones to use. It just leaves me with this fanatasy number.

I don't see how this product can possibly has almost a 5.0 out of 5.0 by 921 reviews. Wha- how?

I created a Facebook Group that is quite challenging to grow. The niche I am in lends itself to more activity on Instagram and Twitter so I used Vaizle to expand my reach on those 2 platforms to gain followers that were later invited to join the Facebook Group. Could it be done the same way without Vaizle? Of course! But it would have been so slooooowww...Vaizle is exactly what I needed with my current marketing strategy.

Vaizle is perfect! Being a consultant. gathering data for my clients was so time-consuming. Analyzing hashtags, posts and mentions was an immense job using multiple tools. A few years back, I had invested with BuzzBundle from SEO Powersuite as an all in one solution. It is a very good product but keeping the data up to date within the product was getting pricey. Vaizle gives me a lifetime deal... so much more!

I love the data and the white label reports! I'm going to use this for my clients

It's easy to use and have good reporting data.
Very useful for me.

Promising tool. Needs a lot of work on the report side to make it more presentable.

So far we like what we see. It is a pretty good product especially for competitor analysis.
The reports are very nice and can easily be shared with clients. For a agency this is an excellent product.
So why 1 taco less. Here are the reasons
1. The product roadmap only shows items from the past and doesn't provide a good view into what's coming up through the year
2. The linkedIn integration and some other features on the roadmap have beem requested as early as 2018 and despite many people asking for it, it doesn't have a good spot on the roadmap
3. Integrations are limited. There are many more social media channels. Would also be good to analyze google search results etc. For example if someone wants to establish a new channel on Youtube or spotify then this tool won't do a whole lot there

I'm also not sure if this can show on the report organic vs paid traffic though this could be a lack of knowledge on my end as I I haven't fully integrated my social media channels.

I love Vaizle and the depth of the reports. I have previously used social report and social insider and the later went strange recently and feels incomplete compared to Vaizle. I now have all the data I need to build comprehensive reports at an affordable price point. Looking forward to seeing how this develops over time.

I have been using Vaizle now for a couple of weeks with my agency and have found the data provided and tools for social media accounts is great. Being able to compare competitors is one of the best functions overall and being able to send that in a report to a client is so helpful. Thanks for the amazing tool and custom branded reports we are able to give our clients a lot more data on a monthly basis.

Digital marketing still needs a lot more of simple, actionable data, even for normal people, who are not totally into the digital world (hey Google and co, could you KISS please? ;) ).

The desing could be a little more "sexy" and US is not perfect at the moment but honestly this is not a deal breaker at all and I'm sure it's gonna improve in the coming months because I'm not the only one who said that.

Overall, a very good product, in a word, really: useful.
Because sometimes less is really more.

At first, I just bought the code to try the functions.
But it is good. You can get any insights you want especially from FB, IG, and Twitter.
For youtube, it can improve greatly.

I can't put youtube analytics into PDF report and I can't download it either.

For now it is good. I hope Vaizle will grow and grow again for the upcoming time.

At first I was very impressed with this offering as the deep analytics are very valuable to me. However, I now have almost had this product for 2 months and I still cannot seem to get ast the settings screen where I authenticate my social media accounts??

This is most certainly an error from within the software as it is NOT a user error. ...

Please fix and then I'll hopefully be able to fix this review for you guys. Thanks!

I purchased Vaizle because of the graphic analytics. The ability to know the best time to post, and to keep track of my competition. The app was easy to navigate. I also liked the video tutorials that show how to use the Vaizle features. The social media insights are what I have been lookin for and I look forward to trying more features.

It's exactly what I'm looking for: an unique place for social media analytics and, most of all, everything is made simple!

The insights are helpful. Easy to navigate, providing everything you demand at your fingertips.
