A good product but waiting for more integrations
So far we like what we see. It is a pretty good product especially for competitor analysis.
The reports are very nice and can easily be shared with clients. For a agency this is an excellent product.
So why 1 taco less. Here are the reasons
1. The product roadmap only shows items from the past and doesn't provide a good view into what's coming up through the year
2. The linkedIn integration and some other features on the roadmap have beem requested as early as 2018 and despite many people asking for it, it doesn't have a good spot on the roadmap
3. Integrations are limited. There are many more social media channels. Would also be good to analyze google search results etc. For example if someone wants to establish a new channel on Youtube or spotify then this tool won't do a whole lot there
I'm also not sure if this can show on the report organic vs paid traffic though this could be a lack of knowledge on my end as I I haven't fully integrated my social media channels.
