I was not sure about buying this deal but after seeing so many good reviews I went for it, I saw the youtube videos and play around for like an hour and after that I created my first report, with my logo and company name, sent it to a friend who work in the social media department in a university in my city and she was impressed with the report (specially because she knows I am not a pro on this topic). I also used to see my competitors activity, I never imagined they were so active on social media.
I will be using it as a part of my business pretty soon.
