Our website gets about 40K visitors per month.
If we buy your highest plan (6K questions), and not every conversation but EVERY QUESTION count...it seems like we could burn through our question credits quickly.
You say that the chat bot won't stop displaying, but we will be charged for excess questions. What does that price structure look like? Could get crazy expensive for us?
Would feel more comfortable buying a higher plan or understanding what excess questions will cost us. thanks

Currently, the price for each response beyond the plan limit is $0.09.
Given that your website receives around 40,000 visitors per month, I believe the highest plan (6,000 responses) may not be sufficient.
