We've conducted basic tests for RTL support, we haven't performed extensive, in-depth testing. Particularly, the handling of complex grammar or advanced text processing remains to be seen.

To ensure that VanChat's responses to shopper inquiries are personalized, engaging, accurate, and safe, we actually perform multiple calls to LLMs for each response.
For instance, key steps such as user intent recognition, context analysis, product recommendations, and decisions on follow-up questions all require analysis by LLMs.
In most of these processes, we use models from the GPT-4 series, while a few steps utilize the Claude model.
