Honestly, Tools like yours easily get replaced with open-source, BYOK tools. It's a toy without BYOK. Companies need their own API's and trained models so let me compel you to offer enterprise-grade development and BYOK. Every Fortune 1K co will have sandboxed AI, still powered by Google, Claude or OpenAI, but it will be sandboxed. You need big clients to last. Being open and niche is good, but you need BYOK. Then you'll grow and scale to bigger customers. Otherwise you'll just have tiny clients, buying appsumo deals, and you'll be gone in a year or two. Marking up GPT or Claude is ALWAYS going to be a failing business model. On that note, how long is your cash runway to stay in business? You seem like a good founder, so I'm giving you foundational advice that would make me and many more higher-end customers come aboard. Good luck.
Our website gets about 40K visitors per month. If we buy your highest plan (6K questions), and not every conversation but EVERY QUESTION count...it seems like we could burn through our question credits quickly. You say that the chat bot won't stop displaying, but we will be charged for excess questions. What does that price structure look like? Could get crazy expensive for us? Would feel more comfortable buying a higher plan or understanding what excess questions will cost us. thanks
