Just curious to address:
-- Are the month limits based on the rolling monthly calendar, or based on some approx 30-day system cycle? (e.g. starting 30-days from implementation, or resetting on the first of each calendar month)
-- A review noted that even training eats response count...has there been any considerations towards separating that process from required customer facing counts? This seems to potentially be an extremely limiting aspect of the product (as it's not easy to guess how many inputs may be required to properly train, and smaller outfits that could greatly benefit from a product like this may not be able to support much higher tiers simply to account for that process).
