Q: shopify variants not supported and connection on whatsapp
I want to know if I can do something about an issue. My products have 3 to 4 variants each. When clients ask for 1 of them, the chatbot gives any of the other prices, but the one corresponding to the variant price requested. is there anything I can do?
Second question, how can I integrate the bot on whatsapp?

Regarding the situation where a product in your store has multiple variants with different prices, the AI-generated price may be inconsistent. This is because we didn't consider this special case previously. However, I have already reported this issue to the product manager, and it should be resolved soon. Could you please provide your email address? I will notify you as soon as the issue is fixed.
Additionally, VanChat currently cannot be directly integrated with WhatsApp. Could you tell me the reason why you would like it to be integrated with WhatsApp?

Thank you for your reply. Sure, I have traffic direct to my webpage, which is why I am using the bot. However, I also have google ads and FB ads where the action call is the whatsapp directly. So, for this matter, it would be helpful to have it installed there, since many people contact directly through the ads without visiting the webpage.

Also, 2 more questions, my partner has his website hosted on Odoo platform. If he wants to acquire vanchat, is it possible to log the chat in this platform?
Last but not least, is there a way to train the chat to do some " must" answers in some cases? Like for ex, I uploaded a document regarding info about fragances in candle making. But the chat replies with how to make candles´ info.
I plan to integrate VanChat into WhatsApp by 2025, but there is no specific timeline yet. Unfortunately, VanChat currently does not support the Odoo platform. I am assuming he would like to know if maybe he can use the cahtbot inserting a code on Odoo. I am not sure. I´ll ask and I´l contact you via email. If I have another shopify store, I should buy another chatbot?
