Companies need their own API's and trained models so let me compel you to offer enterprise-grade development and BYOK. Every Fortune 1K co will have sandboxed AI, still powered by Google, Claude or OpenAI, but it will be sandboxed. You need big clients to last. Being open and niche is good, but you need BYOK. Then you'll grow and scale to bigger customers. Otherwise you'll just have tiny clients, buying appsumo deals, and you'll be gone in a year or two.
