Everything I wanted with a super simple setup
I am about to launch my shopify store. I knew support & product questions, but I am just a one-gal band, so I knew I was going to need some help. I bought VanChat and added it to my about-to-go-live site. 10 minutes (really) of walking through onboarding and it worked like a charm. It makes product suggestions, answers questions, gives further communication options and lots more. I have everything I could think of, and more, with a zero learning curve. It doesn't get better than that.

Good - EXCEPT - Chatbot asks users if they'd like a discount - TERRIBLE "FEATURE"!
Overall, I liked the tool. However, they just added a "feature" which is asking the customer if they'd like a discount. This is absolutely awful and should be removed immediately. At minimum, this should be an option that you can toggle on or off.
Unfortunately, I will be disabling VanChat and getting a refund right away as it is not a feature that can be powered off. When I contacted support about it, they said it cannot be powered off, but I can request that as a future roadmap addition.

A must have tool for Shopify
VanChat helps to collect leads when the client leaves the contact info in the inquiry. The chatbot successfully interpret the product page and the knowledge base to answer the client questions accurately. If there is no answer found, VanChat will email us immediately for the missing answers for the specific client questions. If VanChat answers the client questions that make the client buy from our online store, VanChat will email us and show it in its statistics dashboard. We see VanChat keep improving day by day, and we cannot find alternative for the lifetime deal chatbot as good as VanChat. Keep up the good work !!!

Haven't been using van chat for very long and it is already getting sales. Looking through the conversations, I can see it helping the customers that would otherwise just look and leave. It's a great product and easy to set up. I'll be getting it for my other shopify store as well!
