I have tried a number of similar AI chats, and integrated to shopify, non of which have suited my needs. This is the first to be usable to the point I feel comfortable to share it with customers on an ongoing basis. It really has a seamless integration and I am yet to spot any of the usual quirks you get with AI bots. The fact it references real products on the store if fantastic.

Great work on this and I hope it continues to improve! My only negative comments would be I hope human handover (and an iOS app) comes in future, for now whatsapp works but some customers are less comfortable using it. I also think the UI / menus could be a little more intuitive / navigate-able but I am sure this will come in time.
