A: Hi Rich, Thank you for your interest! The reason that previous emails are processed by month is to prevent overloading the platform, but if that's an issue we'll definitely concider adding an option to import several months/a year at once.
I do have the same need. Especially once you have released the SMTP/IMAP email-account feature (Btw I am waiting impatient to connect other e-mail-accounts than Google and Office with Varolio) I would like to import a full year and not go month per month for each e-mail-address.

Q: Observing 6 credits being used for each email just for segregation.
Haven't used any auto reply and other capability yet.. pls clarify if this is the way credit is expected as I see it to be on quite higher side..

Q: I added another email to a workspace.
Whenever I tried to log in with that email, the app asks to choose a plan. Did I do anything wrong?

Q: i see older emails processing in per month.
can you enable option to select full year in one time. As month by month is taking lot of wait time ..
