Q: I am currently using Thunderbird to manage emails, along with a desktop-level AI assistant to reply and manage emails.
I would like to know what advantages you have compared to this solution.

May 14, 2024A: Hi friend,
Our main focus at Varolio is to create a unified inbox that is fit for business purposes.
That means that:
1. We're supporting automations and integrations with third-party tools, and offer a workflow builder and the ability to train AI Agents on the company's data. We want to streamline the work as much as possible.
2. We're going toward a unified inbox, meaning emails are just the start - we're integrating other communication tools like WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn and other inboxes, so you can communicate easily and keep track of your connections.
3. We do not replace the email service - we're operating on top of the service (currently Outlook and Gmail), so old plugins and automations can still be used.
4. We're adding features that are more suitable for business teams, like messages insights and reporting, follow ups, reminders, and more.
I hope this helps!
Gal
it helps me, but when you reply to a message, do you use the same inbox that the message was received? for example, if Gmail sent the message and you reply, the same email address is use to sent the reply? thanks
Hi ievc,
You can select the inbox in which the message will be sent from. When writing the message, you can switch the inbox the message will be sent from using the dropdown next to the "Send" button.
Hope this helps!
