Hello, here I would like to add some suggestion that we believe VECTERA is missing but that are important. 1.- It would be nice to be able to give the client to choose an appointment that is longer than just 1 hour. I would appreciate the possibility of offering the client the same choice between several options. For example: 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour, 2 hours, 2 1/2, 3 hours, 4 hours since most of the time the sessions depending on the subject or class of client vary the times a lot Necessary. It is not the same a consultation review of a material that with 30 minutes may be fine, but for a class of a new material or topic that can take up to 3 or 4 hours. What are Coaching sessions or therapies can often be 90 minutes or 120 minutes. But class sessions or meetings can be 2, 3 or 4 hours. And all these possibilities VECTERA does not offer them for a professional service. And some of its competitors do offer these important possibilities for the business. 2.- Another professional and fundamental characteristic for us is that we can block a few days or weeks. I mean we are given the option in VECTERA to schedule appointments 2, 3 or 4 days and up. That no appointment can be made today or in the next few days that I block. And also that I can block I would see weeks or months that you cannot ask for appointments. Whether for holidays, for illness, the reasons that it is for example that 2 or 3 months in summer we do not want to make appointments and those months are blocked. But that customers who want if they can request their appointments for when they resume consultations or classes again. Here is an example of blocking days: if I block 2 days. In the calendar of appointments they would always be offered from the third working day. If today is Tuesday the customer the first appointment he could ask is from Friday since the next 2 days 'Wednesday and Thursday' have been blocked. But we would appreciate if you could send 2 reminders. For example 1 days before the session and the second several hours before the session. 5.- Backoffice: Could you enable Bakoffice for languages other than just English: Like, for example, Spanish and German? 6.- Languages of the page that customers see to request an appointment: Could you also add the German language? 7.- I read that private notes can be taken without being read by the student or the client. Our opinion of VECTERA is that it is a very good application although it needs to mature to be a Professional application but I saw that it has a lot of future. We feel that this offer has lasted neither we would have bought more deals. We only buy 2 deals to try. And when we realized this offer was gone. :-(
Hi. I noticed I can pin the video window of one of the participants. Are there any plans to make it dynamic, so it changes between the participants who are talking at the time? Skype seems to handle this nicely. I also can't scale pdf documents to their original size (100%). It's either 98% for example or 119% and that makes the document less clear to read. Will you fix that issue? Thanks for your reply.
