Q: What is the different capability of a Host vs a guest?
Can both share screens, etc.? Trying to discern what the advantage is of having more than one host.

May 15, 2024A: The host is in charge of the meeting, meaning that he/she can determine exactly what the other participants see.
Part of the meeting can be interactive, where everyone is able to share theirs screens or annotate on docs.
Sometimes you do not want to give control to all participants so you can enable 'presenter mode' to make sure others can only view.
