I went through the webinar and started playing around in the interface and set up a meeting room for a client. This software looks really promising and has a lot of really great features. So why the 4 stars? I am a little concerned with the storage limits.

One of the big selling points of this software is that you can create permanent rooms for clients and store whiteboard drawings, videos, uploaded files, etc. thus creating a "virtual filing cabinet" of everything you do with a client in meetings that either of you can go back and access. That is fantastic! However, the storage is capped at 2GB to start and only goes up by 2GB with each code. As anyone that has stored video knows 2GB is not much at all. Add to that whiteboard files, uploaded files, etc. and one client could quickly drain every drop of storage space, nevermind multiple clients.

They did post in questions that if you could offload files and video to Dropbox or Google Drive and that is fine, but then it isn't really accessible in the meeting room any longer. You now have to go to another place to access past materials, which I understand isn't a huge deal, but it would be better if you didn't have to do that. If you have to move files to a cloud drive now this looks a little more like a Zoom or FreeConferenceCall where you have good functionality, but tight limits on storage where clients (or you) have to keep pulling down and/or deleting files to free up space.

They also put in questions that perhaps you could purchase additional space from them and to just reach out to them and they would quote you a price. I would prefer more space to start and a fixed price to purchase additional space if needed.

Now having said all that this is still an incredible deal and has a ton of great features and I encourage people to buy it, but I have to eat one of the tacos for the space limitation.
