We've just switched to Vectera (from Zoom, and previously gotomeeting) and the transition went great. We now run all our team conversations, stand-ups, and client meetings through it, so far without anyone complaining.
In short, it's a great deal for anyone in an SMB who needs to manage small (~5 users) remote team and client communications. The UI is clean and non-intrusive. The call quality is solid if your connection is good. The technology behind it is impressive, considering it runs off most browsers without the help of a plugin.
If you require enterprise-level service, you will probably want to stick with Zoom or GTM. Otherwise, Vectera is just fine and provides you better interactive tools, more user management flexibility, and enough personalization features to make your brand stand out. As a bonus, you will do away with some of Zoom or GTM annoyances, such as that floating screen control menu that always gets in the way, somehow.
