How come when I try to download it shows standard license only, and ask me to upgrade to ext/premium tier? (and when I click, it asks for credit card, even though amount is $0. Can't you just skip this step?)

#2. I'm trying to download the icons, but they all come with white backgrounds. Isn't it suppose to have an option to download with transparent / bg removed?
