Q: I tried to redeem today but could not even though today (18 Dec) is my last eligible day to redeem.

AppSumo / Vector Grove - please help so I can redeem this wonderful product.

This is happening only to license based activation. Other code based activation I was able to redeem (same due date of 18 Dec).
