We're currently using a manual process for our agency hiring, relying mostly on LinkedIn for sourcing qualified candidates. Everything else follows manually from there (screening applicants, setting interview questions, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews over Zoom, and analyzing results to make hiring decisions). Once the position is live, you can start interacting with it, sourcing applicants, looking at CVs, adding interview and test questions, which is my favorite feature and a huge time saver. You just select the topic, and it will generate a question for you that you can also modify. If you don’t like a question, you can click on the change icon, and it will show different suggestions similar to how AI writers work.

You can also add typing tests, challenges, assessments, and live whiteboard sessions that can be scheduled with the candidate.

And after some time, the platform will start matching candidates to the position that you created. At this point, you can start scheduling your interviews. The messaging feature lets you communicate with the applicants inside the platform so that everything is in one place.

The onboarding tour and check-list makes it easy to get familiar with the workflow and once you've gone through it once, it becomes straightforward.

The platform still needs some UI improvements, but nothing that prevents you from using it right away. It's well worth the investment
