Q: Can you clarify some important limitations?

A chatbot talking back - that sounds so cool! However, I struggle with some important issues:

# CHATBOTS VS AI AGENTS
Calling chatbots "AI Agents" feels like fancy marketing to me. Vengo AI Agent = Chatbot, right?

# VOICE MINUTES
T5: 60 min for 15 AI Agents = 4 min/Agent a month! That's like trying to share a single slice of a mini pizza with your entire family.
Surprisingly, why voicing is disabled on your website?

# CHAT MINUTES
T3: 5 Chatbots: 16.7 min/day per Chatbot.
T5: 15 Chatbots: 22 min/day per Chatbot.
How minutes are calculated, why so limited? After running out, then what?

# TEAM SIZE vs. AI AGENTS
It's like having a football team for a game of ping-pong. What is the purpose?

# CONVERSATION QUALITY
While many competitors deliver human-like conversations, Vengo sometimes feels... well, like a chatbot. Which LLM is used?

Chatbots vs AI Agents
Your comment made me chuckle marketing and our founders have gone back and forth about this as well. Chatbot to me seems like a bad word almost putting down the capabilities of Vengo comparing it to a simplified tool it's more complex then this since it's also a lead generator and so much more. We tested so many chatbots that didn't help us much during our discovery period. You're right that AI Agents and chatbots have similarities, but Vengo AI goes beyond traditional chatbots. Our AI Agents are designed for more context-aware, goal-oriented, and intelligent conversations rather than simple scripted replies. They continuously learn and adapt to user interactions and can be customized and trained to have a personality and to sell and speak like your best sales person on the floor or you as the business owner it's actually pretty unique if trained properly .

Voice Minutes
We understand that 60 minutes across multiple agents may seem limited. Voice AI processing is resource-intensive, and we aim to provide quality over quantity. However, additional voice minutes can be purchased if required. We have better solutions on our roadmap as they become available to us.

Chat Minutes
Chat minutes are calculated only when the AI is actively engaged in conversation, meaning idle time is not counted.
If the monthly quota is exceeded, additional chat minutes can be purchased to ensure uninterrupted service you can also upgrade your tier or subscription package if you expand or find a need for more features and options .
We aim to balance affordability with functionality, but we are always open to feedback regarding minute allocations.
Team Size vs AI Agents
While it may seem like a large number of team members for fewer AI Agents, this structure is designed for flexibility. Multiple team members can collaborate on managing and optimizing AI conversations, refining responses, and analyzing data insights.

Conversation Quality & LLM Used
Vengo AI leverages advanced large language models (LLMs) to generate responses. We are continuously improving the system to enhance natural conversation flow. If you notice chatbot-like interactions, it may be due to limited training data on specific topics, I recommend compiling as much resources and data about your business as possible to submit to training your agent. We have videos to help you get the best use of your Ai agent and for set up . We welcome feedback to refine our AI’s responses.
