Vento is awesome. It's just missing one thing for me.

Vento is great, and does what I need to do. There's one thing that's missing for me, and it's small, but for what I do it's desired. when I post the share link to Gmail, for other Screen apps like Berrycast or loom my clients can stream the video directly from their Gmail account, and understand it's a video. With Vento, they have to click the link, and leave Gmail. That's the only thing that keeps it from a 5 star rating.

So far the product is fine - But zero support!

I'm annoyed as I created a temporary account to test things out before purchasing on AppSumo; and for privacy reasons I use a masked email. Now that I purchased, I wanted to update to my proper email - but after applying the AppSumo code I get an error that I can't change my email.

Continually reached out to support and just received zero response. Should be a very easy fix.

The product has worked fine thus far though - haven't used it a bunch yet. But c'mon, just answer your dang email in a reasonable period of time!

I'll update to 5* if I can get a response...

No answer from support

I keep running into the same issue: sometimes only the audio track of a recording can be downloaded, even though the full video is available to watch on the platform. No matter what I try, the affected videos simply won’t download.

I reached out to support through the chat window, which claims to respond within 2 hours. My first request about this problem was in early September – and to this day, I haven’t received any reply.

If you need a reliable system to record and download videos, I would recommend paying the monthly fee for Loom instead. With Vento, you risk wasting a lot of time having to re-record videos until they finally download properly.

It simply does not work

It is slow, sometimes even does not load at all. Waste of moeny. I had to go back to loom again. This type of product is hurting Appsumos reputations. I wish I did not buy it.

They wanted me to contact them to let them know that their service is slow and does not respond. Well it is obvious the system is slwo and most of the time even does not work. I do not see any reason to contact support. It should be obvious that it does not work. It did not work on both my windows and mac. Just improve your services. and it is not my specific issues, I belive most of the users are complaining about it. Once you update the service, let me know and I will check and review again. Thanks.

No Customer Support

I wrote a ticket around than 4 weeks ago and did again 2 weeks ago, because i changed my admin-email adress in the vento-dashboard. since that i am unable to access my vento, althought i bought membership.
