So far the product is fine - But zero support!
I'm annoyed as I created a temporary account to test things out before purchasing on AppSumo; and for privacy reasons I use a masked email. Now that I purchased, I wanted to update to my proper email - but after applying the AppSumo code I get an error that I can't change my email.
Continually reached out to support and just received zero response. Should be a very easy fix.
The product has worked fine thus far though - haven't used it a bunch yet. But c'mon, just answer your dang email in a reasonable period of time!
I'll update to 5* if I can get a response...
