What a cool platform. The one thing that caught my eye and I wanted to ask about is the “messages“. I assume this refers to emails. To make sure I understand this, if I had an email list of…
11k, I couldn’t send them all just 1 email every month
2.6k, I could send them all 3 emails per month (just under one per week) and I would run out of credits at that point.
That’s assuming we have no automations or other messages were sending. Is that right?

You're right: messages include all inbox activity — emails (in & out), chats, social DMs -- and also community/social posts. So if you're only doing outbound emails:
11k contacts = over the 10k limit for a single send
2.5k contacts = about ~4 sends/month
For higher volume, check out our Sprout (with usage-based billing) or Sapling plan (up to 50k messages/month). Hope that helps , but please reach to support if you need any further guidance on setting things up.
