They force you to switch to a paid monthly plan

I believe you have to switch to a monthly paid plan with a pay as you go plan but to keep using the crm i don't know maybe they can give some clearification on that part

Abhi straight ignored our questions and replied to other newer ones. Minutes after activating my account I already had "contacts", even bots going to a minutes old subdomain count to the one time limit (not monthly). In no time those 50k "contacts" will be gone if you give it any real usage, atm this is just a paid trial.
