Venturz CRM offers a surprisingly wide range of features in one place—contact database, email sending, automations, and even the ability to create a website with AI. It’s convenient to have all these tools under the same platform.

But what I appreciate the most is the support team. They respond quickly, they’re attentive, and they genuinely try to help with every question or issue. For me, the fast and friendly support makes the biggest difference.

It's been 5 months. 2 cancelled meetings and I still haven't gone live with this software. Poured countless hours trying to get it set up. Everything is 10x harder than it should be. AI isn't helpful since the AI generated pages still need hours of fiddly work. Don't ever ask AI for tech support, it's unhelpful and burns through the credits way too fast. Tried to get payments working and just set up an out of product stripe account since I couldn't get it working. Support is responsive on email it's just EVERYTHING needs a back and forth on. Doesn't feel like a product that is ready for market. It has potential but it's UI needs work to become intuitive and user friendly.

After spending time piecing everything together, adapting to changes, tracking down what might work here and there, it feels good to find a working solution that provides an integrated platform for me to run my businesses.

It is truly an amazing feeling to use integrated apps in one integral system. Venturz truly supports entrepreneurs who have a different platform for every little thing from community to email to store, website, blog, etc. Venturz is a true entrepreneurial support system.

The Venturz team is hard-working, responsive, and steadily improving and innovating. They listen and remain open. No platform is perfect; however, when it comes to being the best you can be, it begins for me with knowing that the team behind any product is willing to listen, learn, teach, and grow with its customer base.
