I used whatsapp to broadcast my promotion to my customers frequently and spent a lot of time searching for my groups that I have set up as I can only pin 3 groups on top of my list. Vepaar allow me to have multiple groups placed consecutively, so I could send out message within minutes.

The CRM is useful to store customers contact, put short notes about their preferences and enable me to sort them, filter and follow up later. The quick replies are especially time saving since many answers are similar and it allows me to response almost immediately without having to type them out painfully

`I have yet to explore other interesting features, and I must say this is a fantastic product for people who run small businesses like me.

Pros:
it is workable product and plug and play
recently 3 feature added:
- Customer Login or User Login on Store
- Chat Widget
- Store Theming, customize the Look and Feel of Your Store
- the downloaded Receipt is formated correctly with RTL Languages like Arabic RTL
but I would like to be able to suggest the correct translation in the app easily for the Arabic language as I am a native Arab speaker.

cons:

I can't setup recurring fee for recurring services subscription yet.
- the Vepar apic order tracking link sent to the customer number is unsecured since the SLL certification is not valid I hope Vepaar team take care of this and also it should be redirected to the secured custom domain of choice I hope they can add optional CName
to point to the Vepaar server and also provide automatic SSL as for the connected domain within Vepaar.

- Not being able to customize the PayLater to COD and other fields by myself since some translation are wrong for Arabic language.

- The NEW Store Layout Front-End Doesn't Support the RTL for Arabic or Other RTL Languages
- The Back-End of the Custome Dashboard andThe Merchant Doesn't Support Arabic RTL Yet.
- Not able to customize the receipt fields (items) because I don't need all columns in the receipt and some of the translation could be wrong.

But I can feel the team will keep working on software to bring a better user experience for all RTL languages users.
