Q: Hi, I cannot activate my Veridoc purchase.

Please assist! I’m using a different email for activation than my Sumo account. I have emailed a few times but have yet to receive a response.

Hi Mila,

I already spoke to Dylan with AppSumo and he tried to activate this in y'all system and he received the same Error I did! I have been emailing Veridoc with no response! I need to use this. I need a fix ASAP please and thanks.

Hi, again Mila,

Why is Veridoc not responding, and only Appsumo is?! This doesn't come off very professional on behalf of Veridoc! It doesn't give me confidence that in the event of another urgency, I will receive support and assistance from Veridoc!!
