This product is really too basic and pales in comparison to any other signing tool I've used.

There are: No templates. No multiple roles (only signer and viewer). No conditional logic. No signature orders. No drafts. No duplication. No public request links.

This basically feels like a MVP but charging more and punching well below the industry's weight.

I don't know how aggressively the team is going to update this product, but using buzzwords like "blockchain" to create hype around a product that under-performs in every key metric compared to the competition simply isn't worth anyone's time at the moment. I wouldn't touch this until maybe 6 months to a year down the road, which given the fact that the refund period is 60 days, you're going to have to shelf this for quite some time before you can adopt it into your workflow. I would go with something more ubiquitous in the meantime that's going to offer you more features, more functionality, and most likely better limits for the price.
