Q: Hello, It's not clear how the full HR process should work: 1 if the applicant applies for the job using the ...

link supplied per job or invite via email, where is the application form and how is that connected with the job.
2 If this is after the application form completion, how do you connect the applicate to the tests and why have a link to post the job if the application is missing? how would this be handled in a face to face test situation for example?
3 I have tried to send myself as instructed an invite twice and I have two confirmed sendings (INVITED =2) using two different addresses (the screen becomes frozen and in process continually on both attempts) and no email delivery, the allow cookies request is always in the bottom corner even after refresh and never goes away and the send message button in the applicate area isn't working (next to the share button) the share button is work however.
4 In the applicate page, The link for the view profile is working but sending to a blank page. Also is there a way to change any of the help button standard FAQ and where is the ask a question messaging area when an applicant ask a test, job role etc question.
I'm on Chrome and edge browsers.
5 the trial isn't clear what level I'm on, so makes it difficult to know what features are included with no way to change the plan without payment.
6 The applicate email is being sent by Vervoe, however, it isn't clear if the applicant is able to reply to them and where this reply will head. Will all emails be sent via Vervoe servers or can we set them up differently and if not, how would you see it remaining consistent with other emails, say from company emails.
7 I have tried my best, it's just too hard to know what is going on, feeling very detached from the process even in a test, can we please have a video demo of the full process for hiring with built-in or other CRM connection which makes sure that delivery of emails is confirmed somehow and that shows that we remain connected to the applicants as having lost applicants is much more costly I'm afraid.

Trying not to miss my diamond in the rough! ;)

Great points thanks for posting - this is very concerning, I think the sponsor needs to answer these questions.

Hey there,

1 & 2. Vervoe is a skill testing platform and doesn't work like an ATS exactly. You set up a job with a skill test or two and then invite candidates to complete it. When you share a link to the job you create in Vervoe or if you send out invites, the candidates receive a magic link to log in and start the interview right away. After they complete the first stage, they have an opportunity to fill out a profile that includes questions such as their location, phone number, skills, cv upload etc. own time. Depending on how they do on the test, you can decide to progress them to the next stage and whether you want to spend more time with them or not. Normally employers use this so that candidates can complete the interview at home in their own time. Face to face interviews are handled outside our platform.

3. Sounds like you are using a mobile. Although many employers are able to grade tests with the platform, it's not completely optimized and therefore we highly recommend you use a desktop/laptop. Write into our support channel on our site if you have specific questions about your account.
4. I’m guessing you mean through the candidate's dashboard. View profile should lead you to the profile section. Again it could be a local issue with your browser and you can address by writing to us in our support center. FAQs and help center for candidates can't be changed and questions are handled by our team. If something needs to be forwarded to employers, we do that as well.

5. That trial includes all features. Appsumos have basic plan features. You can see the features that are not included by looking at the pricing page. AI scoring, direct candidate messaging, job insights, bulk candidates actions are not included in Basic.

6. Stage emails are sent automatically by our system but can be edited by you. You can also set the "reply to" address to your own if you would like to receive responses from candidates. You can set these per stages by clicking on the 3 dot menu to preview and edit these messages.
7. We have a support channel where you can find answers to most of your questions. Check out the Getting started page (http://help.vervoe.com/vervoe-app-basics/getting-started-with-vervoe) that includes useful articles and videos. Please note the videos are currently being updated since most of our UI has been updated but the flow and functionality are the same. They will be updated soon.
