deceptive with the image at the top showing predictive scoring which is NOT included in the deal. You might want to change the image so that people are not mislead or else you'll be caught in a deceptive and misleading legal issue using images of things you are not offering. Just saying. ;)
Thanks for your feedback Rudy and appreciate the support! These are marketing images we use on our site as well and we aren't promising anything with the images. Our ad clearly states we are offering the Basic plan plus the extras we mention in the ad.
You can use them on your site because you are selling both services there. On Appsumo you are NOT offering your upgraded service in the price at all - so by showing marketing images that make people believe they are getting them and that this deal somehow relates to a more expensive product is where this is deceptive and misleading.
