That would mean you could only use this 10 times a year at most. That is more like buying "credits" as opposed to a conventional ltd, and this customer base hates that sort of arrangement. What's more, when this limitation sinks in later, it is likely to result in a lot of refunds. I am sure most here would *strongly* advise you to remove that restriction. (You've already restricted the deal significantly with a maximum of 3 open positions at any given time.)
