Is this limited to 10 hires as the regular basic plan?
That is for the regular basic plan. Its just a guide for shoppers to decide which plan will work best for them- those with up to 10 hires can benefit from the Basic plan. Sumo-lings will get unlimited interviews, candidates and user seats. =)

Your answer is not clear - can you please state if:
1. There is a limit on the number of hires yearly. If so, what is the limit?
2. There is NO limit - we get unlimited hires yearly.
Guess I'm hazy on the answer provided. If we have 3 concurrent jobs and run that set of three per month, that would potentially result in 36 hires. Is that covered under this plan...as many hires as we can make, so long as there's no more than three at a time? I'm an HR consultant at I have a few clients who may want me to screen for them.

There is no limit. This deal includes an unlimited number of archived jobs so you can have 3 jobs open at one time, close them open new ones as much as you need.
