Q: Refund policy: Hello we do a 1 day workshop where we share a lot of info and resources with clients.
If they leave within the first 30 mins we refund the event. But if they stay for the whole event to get a list of our resources and introductions, we don't refund. Can you support this model?

- You can use the refund tool the way you wish to. Keep in mind that the transaction fees are non-refundable.
- For services/events, which is your case, you can only use the liberty product and the limit is $300.
