“My experience with ViaBill has been dreadful. I paid the $599 in April and was told everything would be up and running in a few days. Then I got a notification that it would be a couple weeks. Then I got an email stating it would be June 1. Then I got an email telling me July 1. Well July 1 came and went and still nothing so I asked for a refund. I was told I would get one, however it is now July 15th and no refund. I am going to have to report the charge as fraudulent to the CC company and this has been a huge waste of time. Do not waste your time with this company, use a reputable company like Klarna.”
